Our Covid Terms & Conditions:
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking, reserve the date & assign resources for your event. Please be aware this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If an event is requested to be postponed more than 10 days from the event date, not due to COVID-19 government enforced lockdowns or heavy government restrictions, you will forgo the 25% deposit and a new date will be discussed subject to availability.
The total invoice will be sent 10 days out from your event with full payment required. From this point a postponement will forego 25% and a cancellation of the event will forego 50% of the total.
Within 4 days or less of the event, a postponement will be treated as a cancellation, and you will forego 100% of the total.
If an invoice has been paid in full far in advance of the event date (more than 3 months before) and the client decides to cancel their event (due to COVID – 19), they are able to request 50% of the total invoice to be refunded into their nominated bank account. The remaining 50% of the total invoice is non-refundable.
Government Lockdowns:
An event can be postponed due to a COVID-19 government enforced lockdown, or government restrictions that heavily impact your event, up to 2x times with no extra charges taking place. If the event is postponed for a third time, there will be an additional charge of 25% of the total invoice to be paid in order to move the date again.
If the event is postponed or cancelled due to a forced lockdown, all monies paid will be rolled over to a new date, pending availability.
If the postponement/cancellation is less than 72 hours’ notice, we are required to retain 25% of the total invoice due to loss of goods and labour.
If the postponement/cancellation is less than 48 hours’ notice, we are required to retain 75% of the total invoice due to loss of goods and labour. Note: all food that has been purchased, prepared & cooked can be picked up for your use.
All remaining monies can be used as credit for a new date that can be mutually agreed.
FOR CORPORATE CATERING, A MINIMUM OF 12 PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED & FOR A SIT DOWN EVENT A MINIMUM OF 15 PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED.
Please be aware that although some of our products state they are gluten and nut free, all of our food is cooked in a kitchen which uses gluten, nuts, soy, dairy and therefore we cannot guarantee that all food labelled “gluten free”, “nut free” or “dairy free” doesn’t’ contain traces of these ingredients.
