COVID Terms & Conditions:

A deposit of 50% needs to be made to secure a booking.

An event can be postponed due to COVID-19 up to 2x times with no extra charges taking place. If the event is postponed for a third time, there will be an additional charge of 25% of the total invoice to be paid in order to move the date again.

If the particular event is cancelled (due to COVID-19 or any other reason), the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Smaller events up to 50 guests: If the particular event is cancelled 10 days before the event, the full 75% of the invoice is non-refundable.

Larger events up to 200 guests: If the particular event is cancelled 28 days before the event, the full 75% of the invoice is non-refundable.

If an invoice has been paid in full far in advance of the event date (more than 3 months before) and the client decides to cancel their event (due to COVID – 19), they are able to request 50% of the total invoice to be refunded into their nominated bank account. The remaining 50% of the total invoice is non-refundable.
